Our current Vice President, Ashwin, is stepping down and we’re looking for someone to take over his role.
The US Alumni Club is a volunteer run organization, serving a community of 1,300 members and 60 US university clubs. We run a handful of events each year for our members (Quiz Night, Monthly Tipple, Tax Seminars) and provide training and support to US University Club Leaders via leadership workshops and networking events.
We are looking for someone to help us run the Club as Vice President. If you are keen to take on a leadership role whilst expanding your network and meeting great people, please consider joining us!
Maintain the Club’s accounts
Create and maintain annual budget
Complete and file the Club’s annual accounts via Companies House and HMRC
Write and review the Club’s contracts (e.g. sponsors)
Develop and execute business strategy with the management team and advisory board
Provide logistical support at events, when necessary
Participate and help plan Club Leaders workshops and networking events
