Working as an American CEO in Europe

MONDAY, 21 MARCH | 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
@ BERKELEY RESEARCH GROUP | 6 New St. Square, EC41 3BF London

Join the UT Austin McCombs Business School for an Alumni Event on 21 March 2016 - a lively panel discussion & networking drinks.

Recent studies show that less than half of incoming CEOs had experience working in a region other than their companies' own. Yet, the world is increasingly global. Perhaps what matters most is understanding of how business is now conducted around the world, no matter where one lives or is from.

We are excited to connect with three American colleagues who are currently running businesses in Europe to get their thoughts on what it's like to be a CEO in Europe - from raising capital to managing cultural differences in one of the most diverse cities in the world. The event is open to all US Alumni chapters.

Panelists include: Celia Francis, CEO, Rated People (Harvard and MIT Sloan alumna) David Gallagher, CEO & Chairman, Ketchum PR Europe (UT-Austin alumnus) Justin Lyon, Founder & CEO, Simudyne (University of Missouri-Columbia alumnus) Moderator: Ashley Walker, President of McCombs Alumni London and Founder & CEO, Culture Engineers

Please RSVP by 15 March, space is limited.
