  • It used to be easy...your career path was laid out by your employer and so was your professional development. But times are a changing.
  • Some jobs are disappearing (to technology, outsourcing, etc) and industries are evolving (banking, media, etc).
  • The straight-forward path has been replaced by a windy-bendy road which you must navigate on your own.
  • Add to that the changing roles of men and women in society and the workplace, plus the differing expectations across generations: the change becomes a personal one
  • Women in particular, experience a high degree of change in their personal lives AND professional lives and the challenge is navigating both
  • Join us to discuss  these points and how to navigate through the new unchartered career world with a panel of senior and highly accomplished professionals.
